Coming from the award winning Sullivans cove in Tasmania, Australia, this whisky was matured for 12 years in a 225 litre French oak cask that was previously filled with Australian white wine. Bottled at 46.7% ABV, this uniquely Australian single malt is a fantastic balance of herbal, sweet, fruity and spicy.
