Appleton Estate Signature Blend Rum is the entry level aged rum in its portfolio. Fifteen select aged rums, aged for an average of 4 years (from a variety of styles and ages) are blended and then rested together again in oak to allow the character, flavor and bouquet to fuse. RUM THAT IS OFTEN AGED, BUT CAN ALSO JUST HAVE CARAMEL-COLORING ADDED TO PROVIDE COLOR. NO SPECIFIC TYPE OR SIZE BARREL REQUIRED. NO SET TIME REQUIRED FOR AGING FOR MOST COUNTRIES WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS.
