The core Texas Single Malt Whisky ages in a variety of new & used American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels, all of which are candidates for the Single Barrel Private Selection Program. This variety in barrel character combined with Balcones’ copper pot stills yield complex flavors with intense palate-density. Non-chill filtered, as always.
