33 year old, 48.5% ABV

Producer’s Tasting Notes:
Colour: Shimmering honeyed gold.
Nose: Honey, peaches, nectarines and vanilla ice cream. Followed by notes of fresh apple, pear, apricots and lemongrass.
Taste: Spicy pineapple, tropical fruit salad and caramel fudge with flashes of lemon cake, frangipane, rose hip syrup and macaroons. Followed by Bramley apples with peaches and cream, Turkish delight, spiced sherbet and kiwi fruits.
