Breaking Barrels Not Whisky Premium Blend 700mL

Breaking Barrels is an Australian-made dark spirit from Everstill Spirits, matured in about 30 days using their Steel Barrel Technology. Instead of putting the spirit in a barrel, the barrel goes into the spirit, recreating the temperature, pressure and real oak contact of traditional ageing.

No added colours or flavours. It is labelled "Not Whisky" because it hasn't spent the two years in barrel required to be called whisky.

Expect layers of vanilla, caramel and spice with a smooth mouthfeel. Approachable for newer drinkers, with enough depth for seasoned whisky fans.
