Appearance – Colour: Similar in fog values to our Dry, but with a red tinge from the spicy Bird’s eye chilli.
Smell – Nose – Aroma – Flavour – Taste – Palate: You’ve got a beautiful profile of amazing Australian Bird’s eye chilli with its stunning spicy kick which beautifully compliments the usual suspects, such as the premium botanicals of juniper berries, lemon peels, tonka beans, leatherwood honey. By far one of our favorites and is on our cocktail list most weekends.
