Tasting note
Crossing over the limit of the Highlands and Lowlands, Glengoyne is a one of a kind refinery in that they don”t utilize peat smoke to dry their grain, rather they essentially utilize warm air. This gives the whiskies deliver a vibe of beauty and nuance. Their 12 Year Old Single Malt has a nose of lemon skin and sugar coated apples and glint of coconut. The sense of taste is thick and flavorsome graciousness of the hand-chose sherry containers that additionally grant a finished, durable wrap up.
Straw/gold shading with exceptionally pale straw tone. The nose uncovers unobtrusive notes of vanilla, clove and cinnamon with an apple/pear like fruitiness, at that point sweeter grain notes. The warm sense of taste passage uncovers pear, bread and grain flavors. Amazing fixation and surface. Inconspicuous yet enduring lingering flavor of grains and liquorice tie.
Nose: Toffee apples, a little acacia nectar, nectarine in syrup and zest, upheld by toasted grain out of sight.
