This 1st issue of CC Chronicles, which tells the story behind our whisky that was batched and barreled 41 years ago in 1977 and pays tribute to the birthplace of Canadian Club in Windsor, Canada. This release was selected from one of two lots of the single grain whisky barreled in 1977 then blended with subtle hints of cognac, rye and sherry. Every package has been crafted with attention to detail – the bottle features a sand blasted etching and a custom closure made with natural cork. The label, rope and strip stamp are individually applied by hand and placed in a specially designed carton.
