Tasting note
Brilliant copper penny shading. Peppery with dull proposals of elastic in the principal pass offering approach to more extravagant fragrances of dried organic products, hazelnuts, almonds, light marzipan, dim chocolate and more. The additional ABV ups the fixation to an unforeseen degree conveying a zesty, mouthfilling profile including hazelnut, cocoa, oats scone and pepper. Vanilla malt blends with hints of cinnamon and sulfur into the wrap up. Long, complex and shockingly vigorous.
Reviews
The underlying fragrance is sweetish, winey and oaky; air circulation enables the smell to expand to incorporate marzipan, treacle, molasses, nectar, vanilla bean, cinnamon and cocoa margarine. The sense of taste passage is sweet, smooth and decisive; at midpalate the flavor turns out to be strongly nutty, rich and bacon fat-like, with the beginnings of rancio. Stays one of Speyside’s standard-conveyor multi year olds.
